快速康复外科理念在退变性腰椎侧凸行长节段固定融合术患者中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)理念应用于退变性腰椎侧凸行长节段固定融合术患者的临床效果。方法分别选取2017年1月至2018年1月(对照组)以及2018年2月至2019年2月(研究组)退变性腰椎侧凸患者,每组80例。2组患者均采用长节段固定融合术进行治疗,对照组给予传统围术期护理,研究组给予ERAS护理,比较2组患者手术情况、疼痛情况、并发症以及护理满意度。结果研究组在术后进食时间、首次下床时间及住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在术后24 h、术后3 d以及出院时的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),且护理满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ERAS理念的围术期护理能够减轻退变性腰椎侧凸患者术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,促进患者术后康复,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)for the patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis undergoing long segment fixation.Methods A total of 160 patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 80 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated by long segment fixation.and fusion surgery.The patients in control group received traditional perioperative nursing,however,the patients in research group received ERAS nursing.The operation status,pain scores,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The time of eating postoperative,getting out of bed for the first time and hospital stay in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).And the VAS scores at 24h and 3d after operation as well as at the time of discharging from hospital in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreoverer,the incidence of postoperative complications in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),however the nursing satisfaction degree in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing can relieve the postoperative pain of patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis,reduce the incidence of postoperative complication,promote the rehabilitation and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
