腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗轻、中度肥胖症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗轻、中度肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2019年3月至2020年5月为53例轻、中度肥胖症患者行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术的临床资料,其中21例为轻度肥胖(27.5 kg/m^(2)≤BMI<32.5 kg/m^(2)),32例为中度肥胖(32.5 kg/m^(2)≤BMI<37.5 kg/m^(2)),对比分析两组临床资料及疗效。结果:两组BMI下降百分比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后多余体重减少百分比、血脂代谢指标变化值、术后改善肥胖相关合并症的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜袖状胃切除术是安全、有效的减重术式,对轻、中度肥胖症及相关疾病具有较好的治疗效果,对轻中度肥胖患者的减重效果及肥胖相关合并症的改善作用相近。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in the treatment of mild to moderate obesity.Methods:A total of 53 patients with mild to moderate obesity who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy from Mar.2019 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,including 21 patients with mild obesity(27.5 kg/m^(2)≤BMI<32.5 kg/m^(2))and 32 patients with moderate obesity(32.5 kg/m^(2)≤BMI<37.5 kg/m^(2)).The difference of clinical data and curative effect between the two groups were compared.Results:There was statistically significant difference in△BMI(%)between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in postoperative percentage of excess body weight loss,changes in lipid metabolism indexes and efficiency in improving obesity-related complications after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is a safe and effective method for weight loss,it is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate obesity and related diseases,but the effect of weight loss and improvement of obesity-related complications in patients with mild or moderate obesity are comparable.
