摘 要:桃源水电站经历的2场大洪水("2014-07-17"洪水和"2017-07-02"洪水)的实际检验,通过对2场实测洪水参数的对比分析,发现洪水位出现了波动现象。从认识流域洪水特性、调查历史洪水资料、回顾枢纽洪水设计、追踪河道行洪断面变化过程等方面,全面查找分析坝址河段洪水位波动的原因。经分析,导致坝址河段洪水位波动的根本原因是河道两岸防洪堤垸的不断建设、完善,堤垸建设改变了河道行洪断面,导致洪水位波动现象。客观认识该现象,桃源水电站坝址河段洪水位波动现象是正常的,电站运行过程中应确保泄洪闸安全泄洪。Taoyuan Hydropower Station meets two major floods of “2014-07-17” and “2017-07-02”.By analyzing the measuring parameters of above two floods,it is found that the flood level fluctuates.The causes of flood level fluctuation at the dam site are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of basin flood characteristics,historical flood data,project flood design and river channel changing process,and it is found that the main reason for the flood level fluctuation at the dam site is the constant construction and improvement of flood embankment on both sides of the river which has changed river cross-sectional area.The flood level fluctuation shall be objectively understood being normal phenomenon at the dam site of Taoyuan Hydropower Station,and the safety of flood discharge gates should be ensured during the operation of power station.
