摘　　要：磨煤机是火电厂制粉系统重要的转动设备,轴基气密封装置是磨煤机的重要组成部分,直接决定了磨煤机运行的安全性,严重时直接影响机组运行的经济性,而中速磨煤机轴基气封装置泄露是火电厂通病,因此有效提高轴基气密封装置运行的稳定性显得尤为重要。本文对HP型中速磨煤机原设计的轴基气封装置的工作原理、内部构造和存在的问题进行深入刨析,同时在原轴基气封的基础上通过实际案例提出有效可行的改造方案,在缝隙气封内增加迷宫式密封板,使用柔性接触式外气封装置替代金属调节片外气封装置,切实解决中速磨煤机运行过程中轴基气封装置处漏风、漏粉、噪音大和磨轴等一系列设计缺陷,大大降低了磨煤机轴基气封装置的检修工作量,提高了磨煤机运行的可靠性,对同类型中速磨煤机解决轴基气封装置设计缺陷具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。Coal pulverizer is an important rotating equipment of pulverizing system in thermal power plant.Shaft based gas seal device is an important part of coal pulverizer,which directly determines the safety of coal pulverizer operation and directly affects the economy of unit operation in serious cases.Leakage of shaft based gas seal device of medium speed coal pulverizer is a common problem in thermal power plant.Therefore,it is particularly important to effectively improve the operation stability of shaft based gas seal device.In this paper,the working principle,internal structure and existing problems of the shaft based gas seal device originally de-signed for HP medium speed pulverizer are deeply analyzed.At the same time,based on the original shaft based gas seal,an effective and feasible transformation scheme is put forward through practical cases.Laby-rinth sealing plate is added in the gap gas seal,and flexible contact external gas seal device is used to replace the external gas seal device of metal regulating plate,effectively solve a series of design defects such as air leakage,powder leakage,high noise and grinding shaft at the shaft based gas seal during the operation of me-dium speed pulverizer,greatly reduce the maintenance workload of shaft based gas seal device of pulverizer,and improve the reliability of pulverizer operation.It has certain reference significance and reference value for solving the design defects of shaft based gas seal device of the same type of medium speed pulverizer.
