摘  要:为研究溶胶-凝胶法制备工艺对Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP)固态电解质的影响,利用XRD、SEM、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和热重(TG)-示差扫描量热(DSC)等方法,分析LATP的物相组成、形貌及导电性能。当合成体系的pH=7.0并添加20%过量的锂盐时,可制备出纯相LATP;前驱体经750℃煅烧后再烧结,有利于LATP的致密化。在800℃下低温烧结制备的LATP具有最佳的电导率,为1.1×10^(-4) S/cm。In order to study the influence of sol-gel preparation process on Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP)solid electrolyte,the phase composition,morphology and conductivity of LATP were analyzed by using XRD,SEM,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and thermogravimetric(TG)-differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)methods.Pure phase LATP could be prepared with pH=7.0 and 20%excess lithium salt added.Sintering after calcination of precursor at 750℃was good for the densification of LATP.The LATP prepared by low temperature sintering at 800℃had the best conductivity,which was 1.1×10^(-4) S/cm.
