摘 要:使用高浓度前驱体,采用共沉淀法制备Ni、Fe共掺杂的锰基普鲁士蓝材料(FeNi-MnHCF)。产物呈单斜相,颗粒尺寸为亚微米级,比容量较高、倍率性能较好且循环寿命较长。以0.1 C的电流在2.0~4.0 V循环,首次充放电比容量分别为125.2 mAh/g和117.8 mAh/g,首次库仑效率为94.1%;以20.0 C的大电流放电3 min,比容量仍有104.0 mAh/g;以5.0 C循环370次,容量保持率可达96.9%。用100 L反应釜一次合成制备公斤级FeNi-MnHCF样品,并以商业硬碳为负极,制作百毫安时级的软包装电池。该电池以0.5 C充电、1.0 C放电在1.5~3.7 V循环100次,容量保持率为81.6%。Ni and Fe co-doped manganese-based Prussian blue material(FeNi-MnHCF)was prepared by a coprecipitation method with high-concentration precursors.The product showed a monoclinic phase structure with a submicron particle size,exhibited a higher specific capacity,better rate capability and longer cycle life.When cycled with the current of 0.1 C in 2.0-4.0 V,the charge and discharge specific capacities of the material were 125.2 mAh/g and 117.8 mAh/g,respectively,with a initial Coulombic efficiency of 94.1%.When discharged with a high current of 20.0 C for 3 min,it still delivered a specific discharge capacity of 104.0 mAh/g.After 370 cycles at 5.0 C,the capacity retention could up to 96.9%.Kilogram-grade FeNi-MnHCF sample was obtained for one preparation by using a 100 L reactor.Hundred-milliampere level pouch Na-ion battery was assembled with commercial hard carbon as anode active material,which showed a capacity retention of 81.6%after 100 cycles in 1.5-3.7 V with 0.5 C charge and 1.0 C discharge.
