康复新液在促进肛瘘术后创面恢复中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液在促进肛瘘术后创面恢复中的效果。方法 90例肛瘘患者,以随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,各45例。两组患者均行肛瘘切开术,对照组术后应用凡士林油浸泡的纱条换药治疗,研究组术后应用康复新液浸泡的纱条换药治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合情况、不同时间点的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及不良事件发生情况。结果研究组的总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的上皮显露时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组,创面面积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、2、3 d,研究组VAS评分分别为(5.39±0.52)、(3.41±0.45)、(1.24±0.21)分,低于对照组的(6.35±0.49)、(4.86±0.39)、(2.13±0.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率4.44%显著低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肛瘘术后创面恢复中,康复新液的疗效确切,能降低患者VAS评分,改善相关临床指标,对患者术后创面康复具有促进作用,值得在临床上深入推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of Kangfuxin liquid in promoting wound recovery after anal fistula operation.Methods A total of 90 patients with anal fistula were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups underwent anal fistula operation.The control group was treated with postoperative gauze change soaked in petroleum jelly,and the research group was treated with postoperative gauze change soaked in Kangfuxin liquid.The clinical efficacy,wound healing,visual analogue scale(VAS) scores at different time points and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The epithelial exposure time and wound healing time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group,and the wound area was smaller than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,2,and 3 d postoperatively,the VAS scores of the research group were(5.39±0.52),(3.41±0.45),and(1.24±0.21) points,which were lower than(6.35±0.49),(4.86±0.39) and(2.13±0.35) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.44% in the research group was significantly lower than 22.22% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid has a definite effect in the recovery of wounds after anal fistula operation,which can lower the VAS score of patients,improve the related clinical indexes and promote the postoperative wound recovery of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
