腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉样病变的临床疗效及预后效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉样病变的临床疗效及预后效果。方法90例胆囊息肉样病变患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组患者接受腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗,对照组患者单纯接受腹腔镜治疗。比较两组疗效、预后效果、并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.6%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组预后情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.22%(1/45),低于对照组的15.56%(7/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆囊息肉样病变患者采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗,可以进一步强化治疗效果,使患者的治疗满意度得到提高,具有较好的应用前景。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and prognostic effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder.Methods A total of 90 patients with polypoid lesions of the gallbladder were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy,while patients in the control group received laparoscopy alone.The efficacy,prognostic effect,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.6%,which was higher than 73.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prognosis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates in the observation group was 2.22%(1/45),which was lower than 15.56%(7/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy for patients with polypoid lesions of the gallbladder can further strengthen the therapeutic effect,improve the patient’s satisfaction with the treatment,which has a good application prospect.
