摘 要:目的分析阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法治疗肺炎患儿的临床疗效。方法 100例肺炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患儿给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾静脉滴注治疗,观察组患儿采取阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯治疗。比较两组患儿症状改善时间、治疗前后肺功能指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组体温恢复正常时间(2.21±0.34)d、肺鸣音消失时间(6.24±0.28)d、咳嗽消失时间(6.56±0.14)d均短于对照组的(3.82±1.46)、(7.54±1.41)、(7.45±1.18)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)(2.44±0.31)L、用力肺活量(FVC)(2.84±0.41)L均高于对照组的(1.92±0.24)、(2.25±0.43)L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯治疗肺炎患儿的临床效果确切,可快速改善患儿临床症状,提高肺功能,且安全性更高,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium on children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with pneumonia were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium,and children in the observation group were treated with sequential theray with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium.The symptom improvement time,pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature recovery time(2.21±0.34) d,disappearance time of lung sounds(6.24±0.28) d,and cough disappearance time(6.56±0.14) d of the observation group were shorter than(3.82±1.46),(7.54±1.41),and(7.45±1.18) d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the 1 st second(FEV1)(2.44±0.31) L and forced vital capacity(FVC)(2.84±0.41) L of the observation group were higher than(1.92±0.24) and(2.25±0.43) L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.00% in the observation group was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium has definite clinical effect in the treatment of children with pneumonia,and it can quickly improve clinical symptoms and lung function of children,and has high safety.It is worthy of popularization and application.
