心脏康复干预对高血压心脏病患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析高血压心脏病患者采取心脏康复干预的效果。方法 122例高血压心脏病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各61例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用心脏康复干预。比较两组患者干预前后6 min步行试验距离、血压水平、生活质量评分。结果干预前,两组6 min步行试验距离对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组6 min步行试验距离(342.68±25.83)m大于对照组的(204.16±23.04)m,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组舒张压和收缩压水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组舒张压(81.32±2.76)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)和收缩压(123.72±3.26)mm Hg均低于对照组的(90.39±3.27)、(131.95±6.17)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复护理可有效改善高血压心脏病患者的运动功能,提升生活质量,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 122 patients with hypertensive heart disease were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,each with 61 cases.The control group adopted conventional nursing,and the observation group adopted cardiac rehabilitation intervention.The 6-min walk test distance,blood pressure,and quality of life scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the 6-min walk test distance(P>0.05).After intervention,the 6-min walk test distance(342.68±25.83) m of the observation group was greater than(204.16±23.04) m of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the diastolic blood pressure(81.32±2.76) mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) and systolic blood pressure(123.72±3.26) mm Hg of the observation group were lower than(90.39±3.27) and(131.95±6.17) mm Hg of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the material life,social function,psychological function,and somatic function scores of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the material life,social function,psychological function,and somatic function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the motor function of patients with hypertensive heart disease,and improve the quality of life.It is worth applying.
