摘 要:废旧橡胶磨制的胶粉可以用于制备热塑性弹性体,而常规胶粉的交联网络结构带来的粒径大、难分散及界面相互作用弱等问题,极大地限制了胶粉基热塑性弹性体的发展。文中介绍了胶粉的改性方法及在热塑性弹性体中的应用,讨论了胶粉基热塑性弹性体的原材料和制备工艺,综述了胶粉与塑料相的物理和化学增容方法。最后,基于胶粉基热塑性弹性体在建筑、生活用品和道路等领域中的应用现状,探讨了其研究重点与发展前景,以期实现废旧橡胶的易加工、低成本和高值化回收利用。Thermoplastic elastomers can be prepared from ground tire rubber(GTR).Because of inherent crosslinked characteristics of GTR,the development of thermoplastic elastomers based on GTR is limited by the large particle size of ground tire rubber and its weak interfacial interaction with the plastic phases.Modification methods of ground tire rubber and its application of thermoplastic elastomers were introduced.Then the raw materials and preparation process of thermoplastic elastomers based on ground tire rubber were discussed.Meanwhile,the compatibilization methods between ground tire rubber and thermoplastics were analyzed.Finally,based on the application of thermoplastic elastomers in the field of construction,daily necessities and road,the research focuses and prospects of thermoplastic elastomers based on ground tire rubber were proposed,hoping to realize the easy-processing,low-cost and value-added recycling of waste rubber.
