摘　　要：工业现场内置GPRS设备种类众多,技术人员需要分别使用各厂家的上位机软件对设备进行远程监控。为了解决这个不兼容问题,基于Modbus和Modbus TCP协议设计并实现了串口通讯软件与远程GPRS设备通信适配器。串口通讯软件将控制和数据采集的Modbus报文发送给适配器,适配器维护GPRS设备列表,将串口报文转为Modbus TCP格式发送给对应的GPRS设备,并将GPRS设备回复报文转换为Modbus格式反馈给串口通讯软件。从而实现任意串口通讯软件实时请求和获取远程设备信息,并做出相应处理。实验结果表明,适配器可以在无需增加硬件成本的前提下实现串口通讯软件与GPRS设备的透明传输,克服了多家厂商组态软件不能互通的局限,为后续的现场调试带来很多便利。There are kinds of built-in GPRS devices in industrial field,technicians need to use the software of each manufacturer to monitor the equipment remotely.To solve this incompatibility,adapter for Serial communication software and remote GPRS device is designed and implemented.The adapter is responsible for maintain the list of GPRS devices.Serial communication software send control and data collection messages to adapter through serial port,the adapter convert the serial messages to TCP format and reply to serial port at the same time.Thus serial communication software can request and obtain information from remote device in real time.The experimental results show that the adapter implement transport data between serial communication software and remote GPRS device without increase the cost of hardware.It overcomes the limitation that the configuration software of many manufacturers can not communicate with each other.
