摘　　要：为了解决法院卷宗存取、借阅、归档等流程繁琐的问题,设计并实现了智能卷宗柜管理系统,以此来记录卷宗的状态和流转记录,并提高办公效率。该系统基于微信企业号平台和安卓工控机进行研究,采用Netty通信、人脸检测、串口通信、红外识别等技术实现卷宗入库、借阅、查询、归还、归档等功能。In order to solve the cumbersome process of access,borrowing,and filing of court files,an intelligent file cabinet management system is designed and implemented to record the status and circulation of files in this paper,and greatly improve office efficiency.The system is based on the WeChat enterprise account platform and Android industrial computer for research,and uses Netty communication,face detection,serial communication,infrared recognition and other technologies to achieve file storage,borrowing,query,return,and archiving functions.
