摘  要:对牵引电机断条早期微弱故障进行电气特性分析有利于研究转子断条故障。首先从导条金属电阻值在疲劳演化过程中的变化规律出发,引入损伤因子,得到单根导条断裂严重程度与牵引电机相电阻间的关系;然后通过迭加原理,将导条故障时的牵引电机看成是正常电机在故障导条处迭加反向电流源,得到单根导条断裂时定子电流故障特征分量值;最后建立定子电流故障特征分量与单根导条故障严重程度之间关系。在此基础上,牵引传动控制系统基于dSPACE的控制器硬件在环半实物仿真平台上,实现早期断条微弱故障的渐变注入并对结果进行分析,证明了电气特性分析与故障注入的正确性。The analysis of electrical characteristics of the early weak fault of the traction motor is beneficial to the study of broken rotor bar fault in this paper.Firstly,the relationship between the severity of the fracture of the single broken rotor bar and the resistance of the traction motor is obtained by introducing the damage factor from the change rule of the metal resistance value of the guide bar in the process of fatigue evolution.And then through the superposition principle,this paper leads the failure of traction motor as normal motor fault in conducting bar superposition reverse current source,from single when conducting bar fracture of the stator current fault feature component values.Finally,the relationship between the characteristic component of the stator current fault and the fault severity of the single guide bar is established.On this basis,the gradual injection of the early faulty weak faults is implemented on the platform of the traction drive control system,and the results are analyzed,which proved the correctness of fault injection and electrical characteristics analysis.
