摘 要:为明确大理白族自治州(简称大理州)植烟土壤理化特征与烟叶化学成分的关系,采集并分析了大理州12个植烟县(市)的土壤和烟叶样品。结果表明:(1)大理州植烟土壤质地为重壤土,pH值和速效钾适宜,有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、水溶性氯和有效硼偏高,其中大理市速效钾偏低,漾濞水溶性氯偏高。(2)大理州烟叶总糖和糖碱比偏高,其他指标适宜。其中,弥渡氯偏高,总氮和钾氯比偏低,大理市淀粉偏高,巍山、南涧、剑川、漾濞、洱源、弥渡的氮碱比偏低。(3)简单相关与典型相关分析结果共同显示,在一定范围内,大理州烟叶钾离子含量与土壤pH值呈极显著负相关;烟叶总氮和烟碱含量与土壤有机质、碱解氮和有效硼含量呈极显著正相关;烟叶淀粉含量与土壤有机质和碱解氮呈极显著负相关。To investigate the relationship between the soil physicochemical properties and the main chemical compositions of tobacco leaves,the samples of soil and tobacco leaves were collected and analyzed from 12 tobacco-planting areas in Dali.The results showed that,(1) The soil texture was mainly heavy loam in Dali tobacco-planting areas,the pH value and the content of available potassium were generally suitable,the contents of organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,water soluble chlorine and available boron were generally higher,and the content of available potassium in Dali city was lower and the content of water soluble chlorine in Yangbi county was on the high side among them.(2) In general,the content of total sugar and the ratio of sugar and nicotine of tobacco leaves were too high,and the other items contents were medium in Dali.However,the chlorine content was relatively high and the total nitrogen content and the potassium to chlorine ratio were relatively low in Midu county,the starch content in Dali city were slightly higher,and the nitrogen to nicotine ratio were in a low level in Weishan,Nanjian,Jianchuan,Yangbi,Eyuan and Midu county.(3) The common results by applying simple and canonical correlation analysis displayed that there was an extremely significantly negative correlation between the potassium content in tobacco leaves and the pH value in soil,a very significantly positive correlation between the total nitrogen and nicotine content in tobacco leaves and the contents of organic matter,available nitrogen and available boron in soil,and a quite significantly negative correlation between starch content in tobacco leaves and the contents of organic matter and available nitrogen in soil with a certain range.
