摘 要:分析催化裂化柴油(LCO)加工路线及转化技术,提出催化裂化轻、重柴油分别抽出,轻柴油加氢精制后作为产品柴油;催化重柴油(HLCO)经加氢开环后,再经催化裂化反应,将部分柴油转化为汽油和液化气。通过中试实验确定了蜡油加氢原料蜡油掺炼不同比例HLCO,对蜡油加氢反应特性及产品性质的影响。工业生产运行结果表明,蜡油加氢原料掺炼10%HLCO,柴油加氢装置掺炼剩余催化裂化轻柴油,不但解决了LCO加工后路问题,而且降低了柴汽比,实现汽油和液化气增产。The processing route and conversion technology of catalytic diesel oil were summarized and analyzed.The LCO light diesel oil and heavy diesel oil were extracted separately.Light diesel oil was hydrotreated as diesel fuel.The catalytic heavy diesel oil extracted from the first section of fractionating tower in the catalytic cracking unit was ring-opened by hydrogenation reaction and then converted into gasoline and liquefied gas by catalytic cracking reaction.The influence of different proportion of HLCO diesel oil mixed with wax-oil hydrogenation feedstock on the hydro-reaction characteristics and product properties of wax-oil was determined by pilot test.The results of industrial operation show that mixing 10%HLCO diesel oil with wax oil hydrogenation feedstock and mixing remaining LCO light diesel oil in diesel hydrogenation unit can not only solve the subsequent problems of catalytic diesel oil processing,but also reduce the ratio of diesel to gasoline and increase the output of gasoline and liquefied gas.
