摘 要:为解决地下粮仓防水防潮问题,设计制作了节点间距为350 mm的塑料-混凝土试件,塑料防水板与混凝土通过塑料棒连接。对试件进行轴压和水压加载试验,探究塑料防水板在轴压和水压共同作用下的受力性能和破坏形态。试验结果表明:在轴压为2200 kN情况下,塑料-混凝土试件承受最大水压承载力为142 kPa;试件在整个加载过程中,节点未发生破坏,防水板发生破坏,应提高防水板厚度来提高试件整体的水压承载力;位移随着荷载增大而增大,节点位移远小于跨中位移;应变随着荷载增大而增大,水压作用下四节点跨中应变远小于两节点跨中应变。试验结果为地下粮仓的防水设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem of waterproof and moisture-proof of underground granary, a plastic-concrete specimen with 350 mm joint spacing is designed and manufactured.The plastic waterproof plate and concrete are connected by plastic rods.The specimen was subjected to axial compression and water hydraulic loading tests to explore the mechanical properties and failure modes of plastic waterproof plates under the combined action of axial compression and water hydraulic.The test results showed that when the axial pressure was 2 200 kN,the maximum water hydraulic bearing capacity of the plastic-concrete specimen was 142 kPa.During the whole loading process, the joints were not damaged but the waterproof plate was damaged.Increasing the thickness of waterproof plate can improve the overall water hydraulic bearing capacity of the specimen.The displacement increased with the increase of load, and the node displacement was far less than the mid-span displacement.The strain increased with the increase of load, and the mid-span strain of four nodes is far less than that of two nodes under water hydraulic.The test results provide reference for waterproof design of underground granary.
