摘  要:在水电站向“无人值班、少人值守”、智能化电站发展的大趋势下,机组运行管理和安全管控也向着信息化、智能化、数字化方向大力发展,虽然水电站安装了各种状态监测系统,但仍然存在不少监测盲区。本文结合最新的智能化监测技术,针对图像、温度场、噪声和气体等目前应用较少的机组运行特征,开展智能监测技术研究应用,选择先进成熟的智能监测设备,有针对性地对发电电动机风洞和水车室关键部位进行实时监测分析,以提高电站的智能化运行维护水平。通过结合电站已安装的现有状态监测系统,采用统一设计、规划和综合一体化的思路,建立统一数据库,形成联动管理平台,极大提高了水电厂的安全稳定运行,也为后续水电行业多参数、多系统的综合分析管理系统建设提供了参考和思路。Under the general trend of"unattended or few people on duty"and intelligent application in hydropower stations,unit operation and safety management are also developing in the direction of informatization,intelligence,and digitization.Although hydropower stations have installed various condition monitoring systems,but there are still many blind spots in some locations and fields.Based on the newest intelligent monitoring technology,this article carries out research and application of intelligent monitoring technology based on image,temperature field,noise,and gas,etc.which are currently less used for unit operating characteristics.Real-time monitoring and analysis of key parts of the generator and turbine rooms are carried out to improve the intelligent operation and maintenance level of the power station.With the condition monitoring system installed in the power station,a unified database is established to form a linkage management platform,and the construction of parameter and multisystem comprehensive analysis management system which greatly improves the safe and stable operation of hydropower plants,can provide references and ideas for the other hydropower stations.
