摘 要:水轮发电机组由于极对数较多,励磁绕组出现匝间短路时故障位置难以确定,故障排查耗时耗力。本文基于故障定位的理论基础,提出了一种基于定子绕组分支谐波环流幅值和相位特征的励磁绕组匝间短路故障在线定位方法,首先介绍了该系统故障定位功能的基本原理和实现方法,对实现过程中磁极故障特征角计算以及故障相位计算等技术难点进行了深入分析。研制了励磁绕组匝间短路故障在线定位系统,并应用于白莲河抽水蓄能电站2号机组。应用结果表明,该系统具有较高的监测灵敏性和定位精度。Due to multiple magnetic poles of large hydro-generator and generator-motor,it is difficult to locate the fault pole when an inter-turn short circuit occurs in the field windings,so the troubleshooting is timeconsuming and labor-intensive.Based on the theoretical basis of fault location,this paper proposes an on-line fault location method of interturn short circuit based on the amplitude and phase characteristics of the harmonic circulation of the stator winding branches.First,the basic principle and implementation method of the fault location function of the system are introduced.In the process,technical difficulties such as the calculation of the fault phase and the calculation of the pole characteristic angle are deeply analyzed.An online fault location system was developed and applied to the#2 unit of Bailianhe hydropower and pumped storage power Station.Application results show that the system has relatively high monitoring sensitivity and positioning accuracy.
