摘　　要：左束支起搏可维持左心室电与机械同步性,对起搏诱导性心肌病、心房颤动快心室率合并心力衰竭和需要再同步化治疗及常规双心室起搏失败后的心力衰竭患者有显著疗效,现综述该领域的研究进展。Left bundle branch pacing can maintain the heart electricity and mechanical synchronicity.It has significant effect on patients with pacing-induced cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation patients with heart failure, patients with indications for cardiac resynchronization therapy or those who failed to biventricular pacing.This paper reviews the progress in this field.
