摘 要:旨在研究运动服面料中纤维素纤维含量的可行性和兼容性,特别是Aditya Birla集团开发的Birla莫代尔纤维,其针织结构面料的性能可与市售针织运动服面料相媲美。在运动服装中加入纤维素纤维有助于减少环境中的碳排放量,提高可持续性。基于此,开发了不同的纱线和针织面料以增加运动服的商业附加值。以疏水纤维和亲水纤维比例约为60/40的褶裥织物和单面纬平针织和为研究对象,对作为运动服服用面料的首要要求即吸湿排汗及穿着舒适性能进行了考察。The purpose of this article is to investigate the feasibility and compatibility of cellulosic fiber content in particular Birla Modal of the Aditya Birla Group. The knitted structure of fabric was comparative to reference market sportswear garments. Infusing cellulosic fiber into sportswear helps in further reduction of carbon footprint in the environment and up-scales the sustainability. Various comparative knitted fabrics and yarns which impart value addition in sportswear were developed. The present study examineed union blend of hydrophobic/hydrophilic 60/40 with pleating as well as single jersey knitted fabric for better moisture management and comfort ability, which is a primary requisite in sportswear applications.
