摘  要:电子系统比如高速采样测试系统、低噪声合成频率源、雷达系统以及高频时钟同步系统都要求其内部参考源向高频化的方向发展,但是系统中又会用到低频同源时钟信号。为了降低系统复杂性,需要将高频时钟信号进行变换得到所需低频时钟信号。针对传统的下变频会引入交调组合杂散,数字分频噪底不够低等传统的低频信号实现方式的缺陷,提出了一种基于100 MHz晶体振荡器的再生二分频技术的低相噪50 MHz信号产生方法。实际测试结果表明,在偏离载波频率几十kHz以内,相位噪声基本按理论值优化;同时,在偏离载波频率100 kHz及其以外,相位噪声的噪底达到了-175 dBc。实验证明,该种技术方式是确实可行的,具有重要的实用价值。Electronic systems such as high speed sampling and testing systems, low noise synthetic frequency sources, radar systems and high frequency clock synchronization systems all require a high frequency internal reference source, but the system also uses low frequency homologous clock signals. In order to reduce the complexity of the system, it is necessary to transform the high frequency clock signal to obtain the required low frequency clock signal. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional low frequency signal realization method, which will introduce the cross-modulation combination stray and the digital frequency division noise bottom is not low enough, a low phase noise 50 MHz signal generation method based on the regenerated two-division frequency technology of 100 MHz crystal oscillator is proposed. The actual test results show that the phase noise is basically optimized according to the theoretical value within tens of kHz of the carrier frequency. At the same time, the noise base of the phase noise reaches-175 dBc beyond the deviation of 100 kHz from the carrier frequency. The experiment proves that the technique is feasible and has very important practical value.
