摘 要:信息时代,电路设计方面虽然有了较好的电磁兼容设计方法,但随着电子系统与电磁环境日趋复杂,对EMC的设计方法也提出了更高的要求。以最常见电路板中加载电缆辐射EMC预估与抗干扰设计为切入点,进一步对EMC预估的方式及特点进行了研究归纳,对比分析了Hubing模型、暗室法和仿真模拟三种预估方法,修正了Hubing假设,得出了误差值,并设计同轴电缆屏蔽混合接地方式,有效提高了EMC预估的精确性,提升电子通信设备和系统的抗干扰能力,保证优良的电磁兼容特性,进一步降低了电磁污染。In the information age, although there are better EMC design methods in circuit design, with the increasing complexity of electronic system and electromagnetic environment, higher requirements are put forward for EMC design methods. Starting from EMC estimation and anti-interference design of loaded cable radiation in the most common circuit board, the methods and characteristics of EMC estimation are further studied and summarized. Hubing model, darkroom method and simulation method are compared and analyzed, Hubing hypothesis is corrected, and error value is obtained, so as to design coaxial cable shielding hybrid grounding mode, effectively improves the accuracy of EMC prediction, improves the anti-interference ability of electronic communication equipment and system, ensures excellent electromagnetic compatibility characteristics, and further reduces electromagnetic pollution.
