摘　　要：城市边缘区作为城乡要素彼此渗透的特殊过渡单元,在社会经济与空间环境中呈现出活跃、敏感、复杂的城乡二元特性。本文以兼具两种性质的城市边缘区作为研究对象,结合团队近年来在重庆市城郊区域的更新实践,展开对边缘区建筑更新模式及活化带动的探讨,从文脉传统、建筑容器、在地场所三个角度切入,对不同案例的现状、特征、思路及后续效应进行解析总结,为城市边缘区建筑改造与活化更新提供可借鉴的思路与方法。The urban fringe area,as an area where urban and rural elements penetrate each other,presents active,sensitive and complex dual characteristics of urban and rural areas in terms of social economy and spatial environment.This paper takes the urban fringe area with both properties as the research object,and discusses the architectural renewal mode of the fringe area based on the team's renewal practice in the suburban area of Chongqing in recent years.Article analyzes and summarizes the current situation,characteristics,ideas and follow-up effects of different cases from the perspective of context tradition,architectural container and site,so as to provide reference ideas and methods for architectural design in urban fringe.
