摘　　要：肺动脉高压(pulmonary artery hypertension,PAH)是由多种已知或未知原因引起的肺动脉压异常升高的一种病理生理状态,PAH是一类常见的严重威胁人类身心健康的疾病,目前依然没有治疗方法能根治,预后较差,病死率一直居高不下。因此,确定PAH治疗的新靶点至关重要。近年来研究表明,Apelinergic系统可能在肺动脉高压治疗方面具有靶向治疗潜力,Apelin/Apela具有潜在的临床应用价值。本研究拟对Apelinergic系统与肺动脉高压之间的关系作一综述。Pulmonary hypertension(PAH) is a pathophysiological state of abnormal increase of pulmonary artery pressure caused by a variety of known or unknown reasons. PAH is a common disease that seriously threatens human physical and mental health. At present, it is still no cure, with poor prognosis, and higher mortality. Therefore, it is very important to identify new targets for PAH treatment. Recent studies have shown that Apelinergic system may have therapeutic potential in the treatment of PAH and Apelin/Apela may be a therapeutic strategy with potential clinical application value. The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between Apelinergic system and pulmonary hypertension.
