摘 要:目的观察高强度间歇运动(high intensity-interval training,HIIT)联合热习服训练对提高军校学员热习服的效果。方法选取某军校40名健康男性学员,分为热习服组(对照组)20人,HIIT联合热习服组(试验组)20人,在室外温度32℃~38℃的环境下进行12 d训练。收集训练前后耳温、心率、出汗量、生理紧张指数(physiological stress index,PSI)的变化以及主观感受和主观用力程度(rating of perceived exertion,RPE)。结果 (1)试验组训练后即刻心率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组心率变化量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)2组在第1天、第6天、第12天训练后即刻心率和休息15 min的心率均呈降低趋势,且试验组在第1天、第6天、第12天训练后即刻心率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组第12天训练后即刻心率显著低于第1天训练后即刻心率(P<0.05);试验组第12天训练后即刻心率、休息15 min心率显著低于第1天(P<0.05)。(3)2组在第1天、第6天、第12天训练后即刻耳温均降低,但试验组第12天训练后即刻耳温显著低于第1天(P<0.05)。(4)2组在第1天、第6天、第12天出汗量均呈增加趋势,2组在第6天、第12天出汗量显著高于第1天(P<0.05);试验组在训练第6天、第12天出汗量显著高于对照组。对照组在训练第12天的PSI显著优于训练第1天(P<0.05);试验组在训练第6天、第12天的PSI显著优于训练第1天(P<0.05);试验组在训练第12天的PSI显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。(5)训练结束后第3天组织5 km越野考核,2组成绩均合格,试验组5 km测试优秀率显著于对照组(P<0.05),主观感受度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIIT联合热习服训练可以提高军校学员的耐热能力,能有效预防中暑和热射病的发生。Objective To observe the role of high intensity interval training combined with thermal acclimation training in improving thermal acclimation of military cadets. Methods Forty healthy male cadets from a military academy were selected and divided into the thermal acclimation group(control group n=20) and high-intensity interval training combined with thermal acclimation group(experimental group n=20). These cadets were trained for 12 days at an outdoor temperature of 32-38℃. Such indicators as the ear temperature, heart rate, sweating volume and subjective perception score were collected before and after training. Results(1)The immediate heart rate and heart rate changes in the experimental group were significantly higher or greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The immediate ear temperature of the experimental group after training on day 12 was significantly lower than on day 1(P<0.05).(3)The immediate heart rate of the experimental group after training on day 1, 6 and 12 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while such indicators as the immediate heart rate after training and heart rate after 15 minutes of rest in the experimental group were significantly lower on day 12 than on day 1(P<0.05).(4)The amount of sweat was significantly larger on the 6 th and 12 th day than on the first day in both groups(P<0.05), while that of the experimental group was significantly larger on the 6 th and 12 th day than in the control group(P<0.05). The physiological stress index(PSI) of the control group on day 12 was significantly better than that of the control group on day 1(P<0.05), so was the PSI of the experimental group on day 6 and 12(P<0.05).(5)The excellent rate of the 5 km test in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but the subjective perception score was significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion High intensity interval training combined with heat acclimation training can effectively improve the heat-resisting ability of military cadets
