能源转型趋势下中国石油海外新能源业务发展思考与建议

摘　　要：在全球应对气候变化、推动能源结构转型的大背景下,能源行业清洁化、去碳化、高效化已经成为共识,国际石油公司正加速向清洁低碳的新能源转型,并制定了新能源发展战略。顺应全球能源转型趋势,发展海外新能源业务,对于中国石油天然气股份有限公司(简称中国石油)重构业务链、探寻新的可持续发展路径具有重大意义。在分析国际石油公司新能源发展趋势的基础上,对中国石油海外新能源业务发展方向及策略等方面进行了探讨,提出因地制宜、分类施策的发展思路和先行试点、分步推进的发展策略。In the context of global climate change and energy structure transformation, clean decarbonization,de-carbonization and high efficiency has become a consensus in the energy industry. Also, an array of international petroleum companies has been accelerating the transition to clean and low-carbon new energy and formulated new energy development strategies. Therefore, it is significant for China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC for short)to follow the trend of global energy transformation and develop overseas new energy business, in order to reconstruct the industrial chain and explore new ways of sustainable development. On the basis of analyzing the new energy development trend of international petroleum companies, discussions have been made on the development direction and strategy with respect to the new overseas energy businesses of CNPC. Besides, the development thinking of taking measures according to local conditions and the development strategy of pilot development followed by gradual progress have been proposed.
