国有戏曲院团的新品格与发展之道——以重庆京剧院为例

摘　　要：重庆京剧院建团、建院60余载衍发出的新品格,是对其前身“厉家班”老传统的转化与发展。在多元文化冲击和社会文化转型的大潮中,重庆京剧院始终葆有明确的自我价值定位和清晰的文化观念取向,其文化生态的完善建立在艺术创造与市场的有机结合上,从而走出了一条“重视人才、传承当先、创造转化、贴近现实”的国有戏曲院团的现代化发展之道,这为中国戏曲院团的文化生态建构和优化提供了“重京经验”与可行化路径。Chongqing Jingju Theatre Company has a history of more than 60 years,and its new character is the transforma⁃tion and development of the old tradition of its predecessor“Li Family Troupe”.In the tide of multicultural impact and social cultural transformation,Chongqing Jingju Theatre Company has always maintained a clear self-value orientation and cultural concept direction.Its cultural ecology is based on the organic combination of art creation and market.As a result,it has found a modernization development path for a state-owned Xiqu troupe that“valuing talents,emphasizing inheritance andcreative trans⁃formation,touching with reality”.It provides Chongqing Jingju experience and feasible path for the construction and optimiza⁃tion of cultural ecology of Chinese Xiqu troupes.
