摘 要:采用ProCAST软件计算和实验对钴铬镍合金真空吸铸充型-凝固转变过程进行了研究。拟合分析了钴铬镍合金浇铸件的温度场和冷却速度规律,利用胞枝晶生长理论对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明,采用阶梯状铸件较好地拟合了合金铸件的温度分布及冷却速度规律。随着铸件厚度减小和铸件冷却速率增加,过冷度和晶胞生长速度增大,尖端半径减小,胞晶间距减小。The transformation process of filling and solidification of cobalt-chromium-nickel alloy in vacuum casting was studied by using the ProCAST software calculation and experiment.The temperature field and cooling velocity rules of cobalt-chromium-nickel alloy casting were analyzed.The experimental results were analyzed by using the cellular dendrite growth theory.The results show that the temperature distribution and cooling velocity of the alloy casting are well fitted by using the stepped casting.With the decrease of the casting thickness and the increase of the cooling rate,the overcooling degree and the cellular growth rate increase,and the tip radius and the spacing of cellular dendrite decrease.
