摘  要:对某UCM冷连轧机的轧制压力模型进行了全面解析,对影响轧制压力模型的关键子模型,如静态变形抗力模型、动态变形抗力模型、张力模型、摩擦系数模型均进行了详细的研究。通过对轧钢厂各机架间变形的钢板取样,对试样的力学性能进行了回归计算,得出了一套适合极薄带生产的变形抗力参数,并将其计算结果应用到现场的二级系统。同时针对极薄带生产的特点,增加了低速段的张力并提高了乳化液系统的润滑能力。从结果来看,这既提高了轧制力设定精度,又降低了轧制力的大小,较好地解决了极薄带生产频繁断带的问题。A comprehensive analysis of the rolling pressure model of a UCM cold tandem mill was carried out.The key sub-models that affect the rolling pressure model,such as static deformation resistance model,dynamic deformation resistance model,tension model and friction coefficient model,were studied in detail.By sampling the deformed steel plate between the machine frames in the rolling mill,the mechanical properties of the specimen were calculated by regression,and a set of deformation resistance parameters suitable for the production of extremely thin strip was obtained,and the calculation results were applied to the secondary system in the field.At the same time,according to the characteristics of extremely thin strip production,the tension of low speed section was increased and the lubrication ability of emulsion system was improved.From the results,it not only improves the precision of rolling force setting,but also reduces the rolling force,which solves the problem of frequent belt breaking in thin strip production.
