摘  要:为了解决高筋薄板零件难以用传统工艺镦挤成形的问题,本文提出了一种摆辗成形工艺。利用Deform 3D软件建立了铝合金高筋薄板构件摆辗成形有限元模型并对其摆辗成形过程进行了模拟。研究了摆头摆角、每转进给量、摩擦因子对薄板零件高筋充填能力和摆辗成形载荷的影响,得到了坯料在摆头局部作用下的金属流动规律。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to use traditional process for upsetting extrusion of high-ribs thin plate parts,a rotary forging process was presented.Using Deform 3D software,the finite element model of rotary forging forming of aluminum alloy thin plate with high reinforcement was established and the forming process of rotary forging was simulated.The effects of swing angle,feed amount per rotation and friction factor on the filling capacity and forming load of thin plate parts were studied,and the metal flow law of the blank under the local action of the swinging head was obtained.
