摘 要:为了保证高强钢的力学性能,往往钢中添加有较多合金元素,其中Mn、Si、Al最为常见。本文研究了高强钢热轧板低温和高温卷取后合金元素的氧化行为。结果表明,在热轧卷取过程中,Mn、Al等合金元素在基体与氧化铁皮之间优先与氧元素结合形成富集层。Mn、Al元素在基体与氧化铁皮间呈现不同的分布状态,Al元素呈现集中分布趋势,而Mn元素的分布较为分散,并且呈现出向氧化铁皮内部扩散的趋势。卷取温度对Si元素的氧化富集有较为明显的影响,卷取温度较低时,Si元素在界面位置未形成明显的氧化富集,而卷取温度较高时,Si元素在氧化铁皮与基体之间会形成明显富集。In order to ensure the mechanical properties of high strength steel,many alloying elements are often added to the steel,of which Mn,Si and Al are the most common used.The oxidation behavior of alloy elements after hot rolled plate of high strength steel was studied.The results show that during the coiling process in hot rolling,Mn,Al and other alloying elements preferentially combine with oxygen element to form an enriched layer between the matrix and the iron oxide.The Mn and Al elements show different distribution states between the matrix and the iron oxide scale,and the Al element shows a concentrated distribution trend,while the distribution of the Mn element is more dispersed,and it shows a trend of diffusion to the iron oxide scale.The coiling temperature has an obvious effect on the oxidation enrichment of Si.When the coiling temperature is low,Si elements do not form obvious oxidation enrichment at the interface position,but when the coiling temperature is high,the Si elements will form obvious enrichment between the iron oxide scale and the matrix.
