摘  要:采用不同的始锻温度、终锻温度和锻造速度进行了6061-VIn汽车用铝合金的锻造成形,并进行了磨损性能的测试和分析。结果表明:随始锻温度、终锻温度和锻造速度的增加,铝合金试样的磨损体积先减小再增大,耐磨损性能先提升后下降。在480℃始锻温度、360℃终锻温度和15 mm/s锻造速度下试样的磨损体积最小,磨损性能最好。优化后的6061-VIn铝合金试样的锻造工艺参数为480℃始锻温度、360℃终锻温度、15 mm/s锻造速度。Forging forming of 6061-VIn aluminum alloy for automobile was forged by using different initial forging temperatures,final forging temperatures and forging speeds.The wear properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of initial forging temperature,final forging temperature and forging speed,the wear volume of the aluminum alloy decreases first and then increases,and the wear resistance increases first and then decreases.At the initial forging temperature of 480℃,the final forging temperature of 360℃and the forging speed of 15 mm/s,the wear volume of the sample is the smallest,and the wear performance is the best.The forging process parameters of the optimized 6061-VIn aluminum alloy sample are initial forging temperature of 480℃,final forging temperature of 360℃and forging speed of 15 mm/s.
