摘 要:以DP980高强钢板带材为例,研究其激光拼焊过程中的残余应力、焊接变形与焊接工艺参数的关系,用热-力耦合的方法模拟带钢激光焊接过程,通过试验验证了模型的可信度。最后设置不同工况,分析焊接工艺参数对其残余应力及变形的影响。结果表明:焊接残余应力与变形随着焊接速度的增大有减小的趋势,焊接速度在2.0〜3.0 m/min时,焊接残余应力与变形量较小。焊接残余应力与变形随焦点位置的下降而略有增大,但其变化幅度较小。退火的加入有利于减小焊接残余应力,高强薄板带焊接时退火电流在80〜100 A时,残余应力减小最显著。Taking DP980 high strength steel sheet as an example,the relationship between residual stress,welding deformation and welding process parameters in the process of laser welding was studied,the laser welding process of strip steel was simulated by using the method of thermal-mechanical coupling,and the reliability of the model was verified through experiments.Finally,different working conditions were set to analyze the influence of welding process parameters on the residual stress and deformation.The results show that the welding residual stress and deformation decrease with the increase of welding speed.When the welding speed is 2.0-3.0 m/min,the welding residual stress and deformation amount are small.The residual stress and deformation of welding increase slightly with the drop of the focus position,but the variation range is small.The addition of annealing is beneficial to reduce the residual stress of welding.When the annealing current is 80-100 A,the residual stress decreases most significantly.
