摘　　要：目的了解贵州、四川、云南、重庆4省市的强制隔离所戒毒人员的毒品危害认知情况,关注个别群体。方法采用分阶段抽样方法,调查3379例戒毒人员人口学资料、毒品使用情况及毒品危害认知情况。采用EpiData 3.1及SPSS 23.0处理数据,采用(x±s)描述,χ^(2)检验及多因素Logistic回归模型分析。结果戒毒人员毒品危害认知情况整体良好,所有对象良好情况在65.8%~94.4%之间。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女性在心理和职业危害中认知偏差大于男性,OR值分别为0.676和0.732;使用苯丙胺类毒品在躯体、心理、家庭和职业危害中认知偏差大于使用其他类毒品,OR值分别为0.568;0.612,0.766;0.524;0.603,0.753;毒品使用时间≤1年在躯体、心理、家庭、职业和名誉危害中认知偏差大于其他使用时间,OR值分别为0.560,0.509,0.473;0.548,0.470,0.523;0.543,0.607,0.618;0.630,0.707,0.637;0.542,0.553。结论西南4省市戒毒人员对毒品危害认知情况总体较好,个别群体须及时加强关注和干预。Objective To analyze the conceptions of drugs detriments among drug users in compulsory detoxification center in Guizhou,Sichuan,Yunnan Province and Chongqing City.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was performed to collect the characteristics of the study participants(totally 3379).The collected information included demography,drug use condition and the conceptions of drugs detriments.All statistical analyses were conducted using EpiData 3.1 and SPSS 23.0χ^(2) test and multivariate ogistic regression model were used for analysis.Results The conceptions on drugs detriments in most abusers was positive(65.8%-94.4%).Among the 3379 subjects,the bias of psychology and occupation were greater in females than in males(OR=0.676,0.732).The bias of amphetamine drugs were greater than other drugs in physiology,psychology,family and occupation(OR=0.568,0.612,0.766,0.524,0.603,0.753).The bias of users under 1 year was greater than others in physiology,psychology,family,occupation and reputation(OR=0.560,0.509,0.473,0.548,0.470,0.523,0.543,0.607,0.618,0.630,0.707,0.637,0.542,0.553).Conclusion It was generally positive that the conceptions on drug users in compulsory detoxification center.More attention needed to be paid on some particular groups.
