摘 要:随着水性丙烯酸涂料技术的日益发展,市场对其性能的要求也日益多元化,其中早期耐水性被众多户外施工客户所提及,然而,目前针对丙烯酸乳胶涂料的早期耐水研究较少,更多是套用最终耐水性的经验,这样容易产生误差。本文以直接涂覆金属涂料为基础,从丙烯酸树脂和涂料配方两方面对涂膜的早期耐水性和最终耐水性做了初步的研究,结果显示,两者有一定关联性也有较多区别,乳胶粒较好的成膜性,乳化剂较低的用量,单体较好的疏水性和颜填料适中的载入量可以同时提升涂膜的早期耐水性和最终耐水性;而可反应性乳化剂或高分子乳化剂,交联剂和成膜助剂对两者的影响有较大偏差。With the development of waterborne acrylic coatings technology,the performance requirements from market are increasingly diversified,in which the initial water resistance is one of important performance considered for outdoor application. Currently,few reports are focused on the initial water resistance of waterborne acrylic coatings and in most cases,the initial water resistance is estimated based on its final water resistance,which may cause significant misunderstanding. In this work,the relevance between initial water resistance and final water resistance of acrylic latex and DTM coatings was studied. The results showed that there was a certain relation but much difference between these two behaviors. And good film-forming property of latex,low emulsifier dosage,high hydrophobicity of monomers and optimal PVC could provide both good initial water resistance and good final water resistance.However,reactive emulsifier or polymer emulsifier,crosslinking agent and coalescent agent showed much different impact on those two performances.
