摘　　要：该文对河西学院现行体育俱乐部教学模式进行客观分析,认为其存在课程设置缺乏多样性和延续性、体育成绩评定单一等问题,需要进一步的模式优化和改革完善,结合学校实际办学情况,提出"体育与健康课程+课外体育俱乐部"的课内外一体化实用型学校体育教学模式,旨在为河西学院体育教学改革提供一定的理论参考,以促进学校体育工作高质量发展。According to the objective analysis of the current teaching mode of sports clubs in Hexi University, it is believed that there are some problems, such as the lack of diversity and continuity of curriculum and the single evaluation of sports results, which need to be further optimized, reformed and improved. Combined with the actual running situation of the university, this paper puts forward the practical school physical education teaching mode of "physical education and health course+extracurricular sports club", which aims to provide a certain theoretical reference for the physical education teaching reform of Hexi University, so as to promote the high-quality development of school physical education.
