摘  要:面对复杂电子装备车间高可靠、高性能、高柔性、高质量、高效率的生产制造需求,文中从体系架构、赋能技术、工业软件、智能装备以及示范工程等维度分析了国内外复杂电子装备数字化车间的发展现状,阐述了当前我国复杂电子装备数字化车间建设存在的不足,介绍了某复杂电子装备企业数字化车间建设探索与实践案例,并结合当前智能制造技术发展趋势,对“5G+工业互联网”、网络协同制造、数字孪生、绿色制造等技术在复杂电子装备数字化车间中的应用进行了分析和展望,旨在为后续该领域数字化车间新技术、新应用及新模式布局提供一些思路。Facing the manufacturing needs of complex electronic equipment workshop with high reliability,high performance, high flexibility, high quality and high efficiency, in this paper the development status of complex electronic equipment digital workshop at home and abroad is analyzed from the dimensions of architecture,enabling technology, industrial software, intelligent equipment and demonstration project, the shortcomings of the current construction of complex electronic equipment digital workshop at home is described and the exploration and practice cases of digital workshop construction in a complex electronic equipment enterprise are introduced. Combined with the current development trend of intelligent manufacturing technology, the application of “5 G + Industrial Internet”, network collaborative manufacturing, digital twin, green manufacturing and other technologies in the digital workshop of complex electronic equipment is analyzed to provide some ideas for the layout of new technologies, applications and modes of digital workshop in this field.
