摘 要:利用膨润土和钢渣复合材料制备颗粒吸附剂,考察复合颗粒中膨润土与钢渣的配比、外掺剂的用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对Fe^(2+)的吸附效果的影响,通过单因素和多因素正交法确定复合颗粒吸附剂的最佳制备工艺。结果表明:各因素对Fe^(2+)的吸附量影响由大到小顺序为焙烧温度、焙烧时间、膨润土与钢渣的配比、Na_(2)CO_(3)用量,焙烧温度对Fe^(2+)吸附量的影响非常显著;膨润土复合颗粒吸附剂的最佳制备工艺条件为,膨润土与钢渣的配比为5∶5、Na_(2)CO_(3)占比为5%、陈化时间为12 h、焙烧粒径为2 mm、焙烧温度为450℃、焙烧时间为60 min。Bentonite and steel slag materials were used to prepare composite particle adsorbent,the influence of the ratio of bentonite to steel slag,dosage of admixture,roasting temperature,roasting time on Fe^(2+)adsorption effect was investigated.The optimum preparation process of composite particle adsorbent was determined by single factor and multi-factor orthogonal method.The experimental results showed that the order of the influence factors on the adsorption capacity of Fe^(2+) was as follows:the roasting temperature>the roasting time>the ratio of bentonite to steel slag>the amount of Na_(2)CO_(3).The roasting temperature had significant effect on the adsorption capacity of Fe^(2+).The best preparation process conditions of bentonite composite granular adsorbent were as follows:the ratio of bentonite to steel slag 5:5,the ratio of Na_(2)CO_(3)5%,the aging time 12 h,the roasting particle size 2 mm,the roasting temperature 450℃,the roasting time 60 min.
