摘  要:通过采用微分法和初始浓度法相结合测定反应级数和速率常数,改变了以往实验中在已知反应级数的条件下,通过积分法确定反应速率方程,采用单一初始浓度进行速率常数的测定的方法,改进为未知反应级数,利用微分法确定速率方程式,采用4个不同初始浓度分别测定反应体系在不同时刻的电导值,再利用图解法确定反应级数和速率常数,增加了反应级数测定的实验项目,拓展了知识点,丰富了教学内容,实践证明教学效果良好。The combination of the differential method and the initial concentration method was used to determine the reaction order and rate constant,which changed the previous experiment under the condition of the known reaction order,the reaction rate equation was determined with the integral method,and the rate constant was determined with a single initial concentration.The method was improved to an unknown reaction order,the rate equation was determined by the differential method,the conductance value of the reaction system at different moments were measured using 4 different initial concentrations,and then the graphical method was used to determine the reaction order and rate constant.This method increases experimental items for the determination of reaction progression,expands knowledge points,enriches teaching content,and practice proves that the teaching effect is good.
