摘 要:中国是世界上最大的电解锰生产和消费国,但电解锰的迅猛发展引发的锰渣环境问题尤为突出。概述了电解锰渣的成分、理化特性与环境特性,对电解锰渣现有的处理技术、回收及资源化利用现状进行了总结,分析了其应用前景,提出必须深入研究电解锰渣理化特性、锰渣资源化的不同技术路径,展望了锰渣的资源化利用的重点和方向。China is the largest producer and consumer of electrolytic manganese in the world,however,the environmental pollution caused by manganese due to the rapid development of electrolytic manganese is prominent.In this paper,physicochemical properties and environmental characteristics of electrolytic manganese slag as well as its existing processing technology,recycle and resource utilization were summarized.Its application prospect was discussed.It was pointed out that researches on the physicochemical properties of electrolytic manganese slag and different technologies for its recycling must be continued,and the emphasis and direction of manganese slag resource utilization were prospected.
