摘　　要：洗井液是油田常规洗井作业过程中需要用的洗井介质。针对华北油田某区块洗井作业中油井结垢、结蜡等严重问题,对研制的新型洗井液性能进行评价,并根据储层条件优选出化学洗井液体系,在其基础上优选洗井工艺参数并加入适量添加剂优选性能,形成一套完善的洗井工艺和洗井液配方。现场洗井作业效果反馈表明,根据实验筛选的洗井配方和工艺参数具有良好的洗井效果。Well flushing fluid is a well flushing medium needed in the process of conventional well flushing operations in oil fields.In this article,aiming at serious problems such as scaling and waxing in oil wells during well flushing operations in a certain block of Huabei oilfield,the performance of developed well flushing fluid was evaluated,and the chemical well flushing fluid system was optimized according to the reservoir conditions.On the basis of this,the well flushing process parameters were optimized,and appropriate additives were added to optimize the performance,forming a complete set of well flushing technology and cleaning fluid.On-site well flushing operation effect proved that the well flushing formula and process parameters screened according to the experiment had good well flushing effect.
