摘 要:采用ATRP反应合成了聚苯乙烯甲基苯乙烯的全碳主链聚合物,侧链接枝含萘基及长烷基链的季铵型阳离子功能化基团,制备了萘基侧链型阴离子交换膜.电镜观察到膜内存在明显的微相分离结构,小角X光散射也证明其存在较大的离子域,这可归因于膜主链与侧链亲疏水性的显著差异.其中,PSMS-NAPMQA-5膜在80℃离子电导率为98.53 mS/cm.所有制备的膜在2 mol/L NaOH溶液80℃处理1000 h后均展现出良好的化学稳定性.In this paper,the full-carbon poly(styrene methyl styrene)backbone main chain was synthesized via ATRP reaction.Naphthalene and long alkyl quaternary ammonium salt cationic groups were used as functional side links,then the corresponding anion exchange membranes were prepared.The microphase separation structure in the membranes was observed by electron microscopy.The results of small angle X-ray scattering also showed that the membranes have a large ion domain,which could be attributed to the significant difference in hydrophilicity between the main chain and the side chain.The ionic conductivity of the membrane PSMS-NAPMQA-5 was 98.53 mS/cm at 80℃.The maximum single-cell power density was 144.13 mW/cm^(2).All the prepared membranes showed good chemical stability after 1000 h treatment with 80℃2 mol/L NaOH solution 。
