摘　　要：信息技术不断发展,医院也开始广泛利用自助服务模式,因为传统的收费方式患者等待时间比较长,运营成本也比较低,整体服务的满意度比较低,因此医院选择利用自助挂号缴费系统。利用自助挂号缴费系统可以高效地疏导患者,减少医院窗口的工作量,避免患者耗费较多的时间排队,改善医院整体就医环境,提高医院服务水平。在利用自助挂号缴费系统的过程中,医院需要根据系统使用情况及时处理软硬件问题,保障自助挂号缴费系统运行的稳定性,进一步提高患者就医的便利性,促使医院更加合理地利用人力资源。With the continuous development of information technology,hospitals also began to widely use the self service mode.Because the traditional charging method has disadvantages with long waiting time,low operating cost and low satisfaction with the overall service,the hospital chose to use the self-service registration payment system.The use of self-service registration and payment system can effectively dredge patients,reduce the workload of hospital windows,avoid patients spending more time queuing,improve the overall medical environment of the hospital and improve the service level of the hospital.In the process of using the self-service registration payment system,the hospital needs to timely deal with the software and hardware problems according to the use of the system,ensure the stability of the operation of the self-service registration payment system,further improve the convenience of patients'medical treatment,and promote the hospital to make more rational use of human resources.
