摘  要:该文从应用型本科高校培养新工科人才现状,引出应用型高校和企业供需不匹配的矛盾,分析产教融合存在的问题,找出产教矛盾的原因;提出新工科背景下应用型高校产教融合的机制和策略,通过制定法律制度、改变课程设置、提高教师工程实践水平、实行校企合作指导毕业设计、建立行业学院等多层次、多方位策略促进产教融合;并举出典型实例证明策略的可行性。Based on the current situation of training new engineering talents in application-oriented universities,this paper draws out the contradiction between supply and demand mismatch between application-oriented universities and enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the integration of production and education,and finds the reasons for the contradiction between production and education.This paper puts forward the mechanism and strategy of the integration of industry and education in application-oriented universities under the new engineering background,and promotes the integration of industry and education by formulating legal system,changing curriculum setting,improving the engineering practice level of teachers,implementing school-enterprise cooperation in guiding graduation design,establishing industrial colleges and other multi-level and multi-directional strategies.A typical example is given to prove the feasibility of the strategy.
