摘  要:精氨酸血管加压素(AVP)由下丘脑大细胞性神经分泌细胞分泌。除了进入外周血液循环维持机体稳态外,AVP还作为直接的神经递质参与多种脑功能的调节。近来研究表明,AVP系统在吸入麻醉中发挥重要作用。全文从镇静催眠、镇痛、肌松、控制应激等全身麻醉四要素的角度综述该系统在吸入麻醉中的作用,以期为阐明吸入麻醉机制提供新的视角。Arginine vasopressin(AVP)is secreted by macrocellular neurosecretory cells in the hypothalamus.In addition to maintaining homeostasis by entering the peripheral blood circulation,AVP is involved in the regulation of various brain functions as a direct neurotransmitter.Recent studies have found that the AVP system plays an important role in inhalation anesthesia.This paper intends to review the role of this system in inhalation anesthesia from the perspectives of sedation and hypnosis,analgesia,muscle relaxation,control of stress which are described as four elements of general anesthesia,in order to provide a new perspective for the elucidation of the mechanism of inhalation anesthesia.
