山西电网黑启动方案研究及分析计算

摘  要:高比例新能源电力系统削弱了系统承受各种冲击和抗扰动的能力,更容易使电网局部系统的故障连锁发生,造成电网大面积停电。因此,电网黑启动方案的编制和研究工作已成为一个亟须开展的重要课题。在理论分析黑启动分区目标网架发电机自励磁、空载长线过电压、长线末端甩负荷过电压、末端单相接地非故障相过电压基础上,重新修订了山西电网黑启动方案,提出了基于万家寨水电站、龙口水电站、西龙池抽水蓄能电站以及规划建设中的垣曲抽水蓄能电站4个启动电源的8个分区目标网架,并基于自编过电压程序对8个分区目标网架进行了分析计算。计算结果表明,修订的启动方案能够满足要求,可有效支撑电网运行和风险防控。As the high proportion of new energy power system weakens the ability of the system to withstand various shocks and resist disturbance,chain failures of the local system may easily occur in the grid,resulting in large-area power grid blackout.Therefore,compilation and research of grid black-start scheme has become an important subject that needs to be carried out urgently.Based on a theoretical analysis of the target grid generator self-excitation,long no-load wire overvoltage,long wire end load rejection overvoltage,and terminal single-phase grounding non-fault phase overvoltage of the black boot partition,Shanxi power grid blackstart scheme is revised.And eight partition target grids of four power-starting supplies are proposed based on Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station,Longkou Hydropower Station,Xilongchi Pumped-storage Power Station as well as Yuanqu Pumped-storage Power Station in planning and construction.An analytical calculation of the eight partition target grids is also carried out based on self-programmed overvoltage program.The calculation results show that start-up scheme can meet the operation requirements,which can effectively support the operation and risk prevention and control of power grid.
