摘 要:以四丁基氢氧化铵为模板剂,通过调节铝源和硅源的比例合成了两种高硅铝比(n(Si)/n(Al)=100、500)沸石分子筛ZSM-11,采用XRD、TG和N2吸/脱附等方法对ZSM-11分子筛进行了表征分析,测试了样品在500 kPa下对CH_(4)和N_(2)的吸附性能。结果表明,ZSM-11-500样品的比表面积和吸附容量略高于ZSM-11-100,两个样品的CH_(4)/N_(2)吸附选择性均达到4.0以上,优于商业吸附剂水平。混合气体穿透模拟结果显示,ZSM-11具有良好的CH_(4)/N_(2)分离能力,且对于低浓度煤层气中CH_(4)的富集纯化脱除N_(2)具有良好的应用前景。Two kinds of ZSM-11 zeolite with high Si/Al molar ratio(n(Si)/n(Al)=100,500)were successfully synthesized by adjusting the content of aluminum source and silicon source,in which the tetrabutylammonium hydroxide was used as organic structure directing agent.The structure of ZSM-11 zeolites was analyzed by XRD,TG and N_(2) adsorption/desorption isotherms,and the single component adsorption isotherms of CH_(4) and N_(2) were tested under high pressure(500 kPa).The results show that the specific surface area and adsorption capacity of ZSM-11-500 are slightly higher than that of ZSM-11-100,and the CH_(4)/N_(2) adsorption selectivity of the two samples is more than 4.0,which is better than that of commercial adsorbent.Additionally,the breakthrough simulation result confirmes that ZSM-11 is indeed an effective CH_(4)/N_(2) separation adsorbent and has a wonderful prospect for the enrichment and purification of CH_(4) and denitrification in low-concentration coal-bed methane.
