摘 要:为提高有序介孔碳的酸性和催化活性,根据有序介孔碳的结构特点和表面性质使用三步磺化法制备了具有高酸量的磺酸型有序介孔碳,并对合成磺酸型有序介孔碳的最佳合成条件进行了优化。使用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、场发射透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和氮气物理吸附(N_(2)-BET)对磺化有序介孔碳(AOCS)的形貌、结构进行了表征。结果表明,AOCS经过一系列改性后仍具有序介孔结构,比表面积和平均孔径分别为227.4 m^(2)/g和8.41 nm。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和元素分析对AOCS的表面性质进行了分析。结果表明,磺酸基成功接枝,且AOCS中S的质量分数可达16.07%。通过酸量测定,在最佳合成条件下AOCS的最高酸量可达21.2 mmol/g。In order to improve the acidity and catalytic activity of ordered mesoporous carbon,sulfonic acid ordered mesoporous carbon with high acid content was prepared by three-step sulfonation method according to the structure and surface properties of ordered mesoporous carbon,and the synthesis conditions of sulfonic acid ordered mesoporous carbon were optimized.The morphology and structure of acid ordered mesoporous carbon after sulfonation(AOCS)were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),field emission transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and nitrogen physical adsorption(N_(2)-BET).The results show that AOCS still has a sequential mesoporous structure with a specific surface area of 227.4 m^(2)/g and an average pore size of 8.41 nm after modified.The surface properties of AOCS were analyzed by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and elemental analysis.The results show that the sulfonic acid group is successfully grafted and the mass fraction of S in AOCS reaches 16.07%.The reaction conditions for the synthesis of AOCS were analyzed.The results show that the highest acid content of AOCS can reach 21.2 mmol/g under the optimal synthesis conditions.
