摘　　要：本文立足于马克思产权思想,深入剖析私有产权主导下平台企业产权制度的内在缺陷,通过分析资本主义基本矛盾、私有产权与大数据及平台企业的公共属性之间的矛盾,论证了平台企业产权混合所有的合理性和可行性,并以平台企业分类为切入点提出构建社会主义条件下的平台企业混合所有产权制度,为平台企业监管和产权制度演进提供新的视角和可行路径。Based on Marx’s thought on property rights,this paper deeply analyzes the inherent defects of the platform enterprise property rights system under the dominance of private property rights.By analyzing the basic contradictions of capitalism,the contradiction between private property rights and the public attributes of big data and platform enterprises,this paper demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of mixed ownership of platform enterprise property rights,and takes the classification of platform enterprises as the starting point to propose a mixed ownership system of platform enterprises under socialist conditions,which provides new perspectives and feasible paths for platform enterprise supervision and the evolution of the property rights system.
